Biography

Laura Scaperrotta has a Master in Public Management and Policy (PMP) at the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP) in Lausanne with a specialization in Public Management at the University of Bern. She has also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Sport Management and Policy. Since then, she worked for different public administrations and associations in the field of sport, migration, climate change and environment, both in Switzerland and abroad. Prior to joining FORS she worked for Politools (Political Research Network) and was in charge of planning, organizing and implementing the online voting advice application “smartvote.ch” for the French and Italian-speaking part of Switzerland.

Expertise

Laura Scaperrotta joined FORS in 2017. She collaborates in the preparation and monitoring of the post-voting survey VOTO and the Swiss electoral studies Selects, as well as survey data preparation and analysis. Her main activities entail designing questionnaires, data collecting and coding, as well as producing various scientific reports.
