Biography

Alexia Gaillard obtained her Master’s degree in Social and Applied Psychology from the University of Geneva in 2020. During her studies, she developed a strong understanding of human behavior in social contexts, along with solid competencies in quantitative research methods. She also completed an internship at Minds, where she conducted a literature review on behaviours that foster mental health.

Expertise

Following her studies, Alexia Gaillard worked as a research collaborator across several institutions, gaining valuable experience in research project coordination and data collection on a range of topics: youth at risk for psychosis (HUG), satisfaction among children in foster care and foster carers in Geneva (OCEJ), and the role of emotions in career indecision among youth (UNIL). At FORS, she has contributed to both internal and external mandates, including the second wave of the survey on the working and study climate at UNIL.
