Biography

Esther Trappeniers is a project manager with over eight years of experience managing international projects in foreign affairs, global health, and standards development. With a background in economics and management, she has worked in international and research-driven environments, coordinating complex, multi-partner programmes. She joined FORS in 2026 as part of the Data Tools and Services team.

Expertise

Esther specializes in project management, stakeholder coordination, and the delivery of complex projects in international research and innovation environments. She has extensive experience working with multidisciplinary teams across academia, public institutions, and industry. At FORS, she works on the SENPro project contributing to the development of the Swiss EOSC node. She supports coordination across partner institutions. She also supports the DTS team in the development of data tools and services.
