Biography

Max Felder obtained a Master in Social and Applied Psychology at the University of Geneva in 2015. He joined FORS in 2018. During his studies he worked on perceptions, attitudes, intergroup relations, intervention design and research methodology. Prior to joining FORS, he co-founded the Behaviour Change Lab, specialized in the use of social sciences for designing and evaluating interventions.

Expertise

During his master Max Felder specialized in stereotypes and prejudice against minority groups. He then worked on various applied research focusing on addiction, socialization and pro-environmental behaviours.
At FORS, he works on acquiring and running external mandates as well as participating in data collection for internal surveys.
