I bring a solid experience in agile software development as I spent the last 7 years consulting startups, NGOs and large organisations in their digital transformation projects.  

In moderating discoveries, connecting stakeholders and advocating for agile practices, I strive to support teams in delivering innovative, market driven features rooted in customer needs.

Mélanie specialises in agile project management, software product management, innovation, and the moderation of design thinking workshops. At FORS, she works as a project manager on various strategic open science projects, serving as a bridge between the SWISSUbase tech team, researchers, university data service units, and policy makers.
