Biography

Giuliano holds an MSc in Economics (HEC), specialising in Quantitative Economics. He is a PhD candidate in Humanities and Social Sciences of Medicine and Health at the University of Lausanne under Prof. Jürgen Maurer. He is a country team operator for the SHARE survey.

Expertise

Giuliano’s interests lie in the interdisciplinary dynamics of healthcare systems and their actors, with a focus on ageing and health behaviour, including health literacy and healthcare utilisation. His PhD research explores how subjective expectations shape end-of-life planning and health behaviour.
